To track your order, please enter your order number and the email address used to place your order. Both fields are required to access your order tracking information.

Order Status Explanations
Once you enter your details, you will see one of the following statuses for your order, along with additional details about its progress:
- Order Received: We have received your order and are in the process of verifying your payment and order details. This status typically lasts 1-2 business days.
- Processing: Your order is being prepared for shipment. For standard orders, this takes 1-3 business days; for custom orders, this takes 3-5 business days.
- Shipped: Your order has been shipped from our warehouse. A tracking number has been generated, and you can click the link to view real-time shipping updates from the carrier.
- In Transit: Your package is on its way to your shipping address. The tracking information will show the current location and estimated delivery date.
- Delivered: Your package has been delivered to the shipping address provided. If you have not received your package but see this status, please check with your local carrier or neighbors first.
- Delayed: Your order has been delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., customs clearance, carrier delays, weather). We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.
- Returned: Your package has been returned to us (e.g., incorrect address, refused delivery). Please contact us to resolve the issue.
Common Tracking Issues
Q: I don’t see my tracking information after my order was marked as shipped.
A: Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after your order is shipped, depending on the shipping carrier. If you still don’t see tracking details after 48 hours, please contact us at sales@motograpics.com with your order number.
Q: My order status is “In Transit” but the tracking hasn’t updated in several days.
A: This is common with international shipping, especially during customs clearance. Tracking updates may be delayed, but your package is still on its way. If there is no update for more than 7 business days, please contact us for assistance.
Q: I entered my details but got an error message.
A: Please double-check that you entered the correct order number (8 digits) and email address (the one used to place your order). If you still have issues, contact us at sales@motograpics.com with your order details, and we will help you track your order manually.
