The installation process is simple and can be done at home with basic tools (a squeegee, alcohol wipe, and hair dryer/heat gun for shaping). Order Questions

Q: How do I place an order on your website?

A: Placing an order is easy! Simply browse our products, select the style or custom option you want, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will need to provide your shipping information, select a shipping method, and complete payment. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with your order details.

Q: Can I cancel or modify my order after it’s been placed?

A: You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed. To cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately at sales@motograpics.com with your order number and the requested changes. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel or modify it.

Q: How long does it take to process my order?

A: Standard orders (pre-made graphics) are processed within 1-3 business days. Custom orders require additional processing time (3-5 business days) due to the design and production process. You will receive an email notification once your order has been processed and shipped.

Q: How can I check the status of my order?

A: You can check your order status by visiting the “Track Order” page on our website and entering your order number and email address. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, which you can use to track your package.

Shipping Questions

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we ship to most countries and regions worldwide, including the United States, Canada, EU countries, Australia, New Zealand, and select Asian countries. If your country/region is not listed at checkout, please contact us atsales@motograpics.com to inquire about shipping availability.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method you select: – Standard Shipping: 5-15 business days (varies by destination) – Express Shipping: 2-7 business days (varies by destination) Shipping times are estimates and do not include order processing time.

Q: Are there any customs duties or taxes on international orders?

Q: What should I do if my package is lost or delayed?

Returns & Refunds Questions

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We accept returns within 30 calendar days of delivery for eligible products. Eligible products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition with all packaging and tags intact. Q: How do I initiate a return?

A: To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@motograpics.com within the return window with your order number, product name, and reason for return. We will review your request and send you a return authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.

Q: How long does it take to process a refund?

A: Once we receive and inspect your returned product (within 5-7 business days of delivery to our warehouse), we will process your refund within 10-15 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Q: What if I receive a defective or damaged product?

A: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us at sales@motograpics.com within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange for a free return and either send you a replacement product or issue a full refund.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment methods. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers, and we do not store any full payment details.

Q: Do I need to create an account to place an order?

A: Creating an account is not required to place an order, but it is recommended. Having an account allows you to track your orders, view your order history, save your shipping information for future purchases, and easily manage returns or exchanges.
